I build, then I figure out the theory
A short introI grew up in Assam playing tennis at district level, taught myself guitar at 12, played lead in a five-piece band through school, and ran a real events business through college — venue licenses, hotel deals, profit shares, headliners on stage.
Then I joined Bain to learn how grown-up businesses actually work. CPG growth strategy, shopper data, route-to-market, P&L diagnostics across snacks, coffee, yogurt, dairy, consumer health. The analytical layer underneath everything I'd built on instinct.
Now I want back in the seat where you build the thing, not just advise on it.
